Larry Rankin has been a member of the Britton Road Church of Christ since 1971. He has served in various capacities, including janitor, youth ministry, VBS director, Deacon, Elder, Bible class teacher and occasional preacher.
Larry’s educational background includes an Associates Degree in Bible from York College in York, Nebraska. In 1974 he graduated from Oklahoma Christian College receiving dual degrees of Bachelor of Science in Education in Physical Education and Bachelor in Bible with a minor in Biblical Languages. Larry is now retired. His secular work has included public school teacher, machinist, Manufacturing Production Manager and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Manager.
Larry and his wife, Connie, married in July of 1971, and have three children, Todd, Mark and Jennifer, and six grandchildren. Larry has a deep passion for studying and teaching scripture. He enjoys family, hiking and sports, especially soccer, track and field and the OKC Thunder.
