When you Do Not Know How to Pray for Others

Paul had never met the Colossi Christians, yet he prayed that they: (1) have all wisdom and spiritual insight as they are made complete regarding the knowledge of God’s will, (2) live worthy of the Lord doing all which pleases Him, (5) produce all kinds of good deeds, (5) grow in the knowledge of God by allowing God’s amazing power to enhance their abilities, (6) have great endurance with patience, and (7) stay full of Christ’s joy giving thanks to God who made them adequate of having a share in what God’s people of light possess. (Col. 1: 9-12) All Christians have the same basic needs. When we do not know how to pray for someone, use Paul’s prayer pattern.
