The Ladies have been invited to the North MacArthur Ladies Day on Saturday, October 15th from 9:00am to noon. The speaker is Jana Rucker and the theme is “Seeing God More Clearly.“
Ladies Bible Class has moved to Saturday morning. The Ladies will continue their Bible Study at 10:30am in the first new classroom across from the kitchen. This will run every other Saturday, the next class will meet Saturday, October 8th.
The annual Trunk or Treat will be held on Sunday evening, October 30th. Please start making plans on decorating your Trunk and come enjoy the festivities here in the church parking lot from 5pm to 7pm. If you have any questions, please see Travis or Piper Frost.
Please mark your calendar for Orphan Care Sunday on October 23rd. Rob Long (one of our past youth ministers) will be here to preach that Sunday. We will have a meal following services on that Sunday to raise money for the Haiti Orphanages. Parents, please talk to your children about this event and help them to start saving their coins…
Please also add the Fall Fest & Hayride to your calendar, at the Teddy’s home on October 16th at 5:30pm. Lots of fun and fellowship for all. Hot dogs, tea and lemonade will be provided. Families are asked to bring a side dish and lawn chairs. Children are welcome to wear costumes.
A Work Day has been set for Saturday, October 15th (this was originally set for October 8th but has been changed to the 15th) here at the building. We will plan to start at 9:00am.
